We accept returns on unused, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Items must be returned in original condition, with all packaging intact.

Personalised items
Items with initial monogramming are made specifically for you and are final sale.

Limited editions
Each NALVIK design is produced once, in a fixed edition.
Exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed once an edition sells out.
